C&S Paper Expands Production Capacity with New Andritz-Supplied Tissue Machines

China's C&S Paper is set to increase its production capacity by investing in two PrimeLineCOMPACT tissue machines supplied by Andritz, to be installed at its plant in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province.

These machines are designed to produce household paper products, including napkins, handkerchiefs, facial tissues, and toilet paper. Each machine will have a maximum production capacity of 94 tons per day, a design speed of 1,650 meters per minute, and a width of 3.5 meters.

The scope of supply includes both machines being equipped with suction pressure rolls with roll covers and PrimeDry Steel Yankees. Additionally, the package includes under-machine pulpers, flow and consistency transmitters for both production lines, and PrimeControl automation systems to ensure efficient control and monitoring of the entire production process.
